When Lebron was going to pick a number to wear on his jerseys, it was a very easy choice for him. Number 23 just as hes biggest idol Michael Jordan used. And who better than Lebron to wear that special number.
Lebron James is already reminding us of Michael Jordan. The way he won the Rookie of the year award was similar to Jordans, im thinking of the stats. Averaging 20.9 points a game in his first year. Making him the third player in the history of National Basketball Association to average over 20 points in his first year, the other two were Oscar Robertson and of course Lebron's idol Michael Jordan.
Just like Jordan with the Bulls, King James has in less then three years made the Cleveland Cavaliers a winning team with good chances of going far in the playoffs.
Lebron still has a long way to go, to reach the heights that Michael Jordan did during his career, but one thing that is sure when you look at King James history, is that nothing is impossible for this kid!
